Location: Route 66 Casino and Hotel -
Just 15 Minutes West of Albuquerque on I-40

Note* There will be Hotel Security Guards stationed both
inside the room and at the tradeshow entrance door during the overnight
period.
Tradeshow Hours: 11:00am to 3:00pm on both March 29 &
30, 2009.
Move In Time: 8:00am to 11:00am Sunday March 29, 2009
Move Out Time: 3:00pm to 6:00pm Monday March 30, 2009
*There will be No Convention Programs during Tradeshow Hours.
New this Year is a Lecture Area inside the Tradeshow allowing vendors
the opportunity to present a short presentation and/or demonstration.
Lecture time is scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Lecture
Time is Limited and Vendors
who participated in the 2008 tradeshow to receive first booking
priority.*

Important Instructions:

Tradeshow Space Assignments are made on a First Come, First
Served basis upon commitment receipt.

Returning Sponsors/Vendors Only are allowed to first option to
secure space thru June 1st, 2008.
-
New Sponsors/Vendors who fill out the form prior to June 1st
will be placed on a waiting list - after June 1st, space
assignments will then be made in the order received.

A non-refundable retainer check, payable to PPANM, in the amount
of $200 mailed to PPANM, PO Box 3125, Albuquerque, NM 87190 -
must be postmarked no later than Aug. 1st to Qualify for the Earlybird Special. Balance is due by March 1, 2009.
