  The First Bob Hall Memorial Scholarship was awarded at the 2009 State Fair Photography Awards Ceremony.
  As a Past President of PPANM, and for many years the Photography Department Chair of the State Fair, this scholarship criteria was established to honor Bob Hall's contributions to both organizations.
  The first scholarship was awarded to the "Best in Show" winner of the State Fair's Youth Photography Division. Jurgen Bober for his image "Little Jack Homer"
  The scholarship includes student membership to PPANM for the years 2009 & 2010 in addition to full convention registration with print case entry.
  This was designed with the idea of providing New Mexico's talented youth the opportunity to become actively involved at the professional level at an early age - to establish a camaraderie with professionals working in the field.
