Convention Committees:

Transportation Committee - 1 Zia Merit Earned

(Help by taking speakers and judges to and from the Airport and Hotel - mileage to be reimbursed.)

Registration Desk Committee - 1 Zia Merit Earned

(Help by taking a shift or two at the registration desk - this involves getting registration packets to those who have already pre-registered and by taking at the door registrations.)

Sergeant at Arms Committee - 1 Zia Merit Earned

(Help by taking a shift at the trade show entrance during trade show hours - to make sure that only those who are registered are allowed to enter and

those who haven't are asked to register at the registration desk.)

Equipment Committee - 1 Zia Merit Earned

(Help by loading and unloading equipment at the storage unit and/or the hotel.)

Print Rack Committee - 1 Zia Merit Earned

(Help by assembling/dissembling the Print Display - this involves the pipe & drape and/or hanging/removing the prints on the display itself.)

Decorations Committee - 1 Zia Merit Earned

(Help by assembling the banquet table decorations)

Print Committee - 1 Zia Merit Earned

(Help by opening print cases on Saturday afternoon after the hand carry deadline and/or by returning the prints to their cases on Tuesday.)
