Registration fees for PPANM's Summer Workshop July 12-13, 2010 must be paid in full to complete the registration. Payment options are available after you have submitted your registration form.

Credit Card Payment through Paypal is also available after submitting this form.

After completing your registration, please call The Lodge Resort at Cloudcroft to make your room reservations 800-395-6343. Just tell the registration desk you are with PPANM. Workshop Registration:

Registration includes a picnic dinner on Monday evening at White Sands. Registration does not include breakfast both mornings and lunch on Monday, however, discounted meals are provided by The Lodge Resort. Each person must partake in the meals which will be billed to your room. (Don't worry! Rebecca's at The Lodge is fabulous! $9.95 for breakfast and $12.95 for lunch)
